Class Hours at present are:

3K Monday and Friday mornings 8:00 - 11:00 AM
3K Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:00 - 11:00 AM

4K Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 11:00 AM

 

Goals of the Preschool Program

Our goal is for the children in the Early Childhood program to grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally(see Goals of the Early Childhood Program).

The Goals of Early Childhood Program Teachers

Our goal is to understand the development of young children, to plan and create experiences that meet the child’s developmental needs, and most of all to share the love of Christ with young children and their families.

4 year-old Preschool Curriculum Overview

Daily Bible Stories, Devotions, and music

Developmentally appropriate activities

Whole-group and small-group activities in a mixed age level environment

Development of social skills, such as sharing, listening and cooperation

Learning centers and learning through playing with others

Learning with vocabulary, letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and words

Calendar and Weather experiences

Development of independent learning skills with hands-on experiences

3 Year-old Preschool Curriculum Overview

Whole-group activities that focus on math concepts, letters, calendar, shapes, colors, music, movement, story time etc.
